  They ruined my mother's birthday cake. The design looked nothing like the design I asked for. I would have been better off making a cake at home. I paid $150 for this cake and all they gave me back was $20. Everything on the cake was ugly from the top on down. I order cakes from them every year but I will never order another one from them ever again. They have fallen off tremendously over the years. They're very unprofessional and could care less whether their customers are satisfied or not.

  I've been using their services for the past 10 years and they are excellent! They take their time and the cake as well as the frosting is always excellent. I Love the staff especially Rachel and Ms.Darlene. I will never use another bakery, because I feel like I'm cheating on them! Way to go Ladies!
