I served tables for 4 years so I know about being in the weeds and busy days: My first complaint is the our server never gave us utensils. Our food order was incomplete, my boyfriend ordered loaded tots which he never received after I asked our server and the manager. No drink refills until we were ready to leave. But the biggest issue was the cockroach crawling on the wall while we attempted to eat our cold food. We attempted to notify a serving passing by and not to cause a scene. He refused to listen to our request and actually said I'm really busy right now you should grab your server. We did tell our sever and she grabbed the manager who came by and killed the cockroach and sprayed the wall with cleaner. Oh and he comped our $2 burgers... thanks!October 28, 2016
